We are so pleased to announce that Michelle Tavenner has joined the MAC team as our Program Director!
Michelle is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Otterbein University. She taught sixth grade in the Gahanna-Jefferson Public School system for 20 years before working in her most recent role of academic design for McGraw Hill.
Michelle has been involved in the arts throughout her life, as an oboist, clarinetist, dancer in International Latin and International Standard ballroom dance, and aerialist. She holds a Registered Yoga Teacher certification at the 500 level and is an aerial arts instructor certified through Nimble Arts.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys flying on the fabric of aerial silks, reading, crafting, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors. We are very excited to have her on our team!
