As an instructor my goal is to encourage the participants to develop their creative potential by expressing themselves through their art. I like to work with individuals to find their personal vision and foster what is personal, distinctive and unique aboout them. I strive to inspire individuals to create art that has content beyond just being a pretty picture. My goal is to teach where the process is more important than being beholden to a final product. Currently my personal work is based in the foundations of representation where I transfer factual data of reality into the domain of art by extracting from the physical world an element of moral truth in order to create an essence; a spiritual significance.
