Translate your ideas to your chosen medium and work from life or photo references. I will offer pre-recorded demos (which you can keep) on how to use watercolor, gouache, soft pastel, and oil painting in a direct method. We’ll have group critiques, as well as individual critiques for those who wish to participate. I’ll have weekly PowerPoint presentations on contemporary and historical artists who approached simplification in their work.
