Joseph Lombardo received a MFA in painting from Bowling Green State University and earned a BFA with the honor of Valedictorian from the Columbus College of Art and Design. Lombardo studied landscape painting at the Burren College of Art in Ireland and served as Artist In Residence at Buffalo National River, Hot Springs National Park, and at the Glen Arbor Art Association. Lombardo is represented by Art Access Gallery in Columbus, Center Gallery in Glen Arbor, Michigan, and exhibits nationwide. He is an Adjunct Instructor at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Joseph Lombardo won ‘best in show’ at the Ohio Plein Air Competition in 2015 and 2011. Joseph taught plein air painting in Tuscany in June 2014 and will be returning to teach in the summer of 2016.
