How to Get Tickets / FAQ

There are three ways to get tickets:

  1. Online – Search for an event on our website. Every ticketed event has a “buy tickets” button if it has not sold out.
  2. Phone – call our office during business hours and speak to any member of our staff.
  3. Stop by the administrative office on the 2nd floor of the MAC. Any staff member is happy to help!

Tickets can be purchased online, in person, or over the phone up to 1 hour before the performance. At that point online and phone sales are no longer available, and priority is given to patrons already waiting in line at the MAC box office. The box office will open 1 hour before the start of an event. The house of the Bronwynn Theatre will subsequently open for seating 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I have tickets held ahead of time and pay when I arrive at the show?
A: No. Due to the popularity of some events, we require that attendees pay for their tickets when they order. Luckily there are multiple ways to order ahead of time!

Q: Am I able to exchange tickets for a different performance?
A: Yes. For shows with multiple performance dates, we are able to transfer you tickets, as long as there are open seats available. Seating position may vary from the original tickets.

Q: Why are some events not listed on your website?
A: The MAC does not advertise events for which we do not handle ticketing. This sometimes occurs with groups who rent space for their own performances.

Q: When is your box office open?
A: Our box office opens 1 hour before a performance, but you can stop by our administrative offices on the 2nd floor or give us a call during business hours with any questions about tickets.

Q: What age is considered senior?
A: 62 years and older.

Q: Where is your wheelchair accessible seating?
A: Due to the design of the Bronwynn Theatre, wheelchair seating is only available in the front row. Please call the MAC at (614) 431-0329 to purchase tickets for these seats.

Q: I lost the ticket I printed! Can I still get in?
A: Yes. In the event of a missing ticket, refer to your order confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please speak with a staff member for assistance.

Q: I can’t find my confirmation email. How do I know if I actually have tickets?
A: Call us at (614) 431-0329 and let us know. We will be happy to look up your name and confirm your tickets.

Q: Is assistive listening available?
A: Assistive listening devices for the hearing impaired are available for all events in the Bronwynn Theatre. They can be signed out at the box office.
