Celebrate World Collage Day with an immersive, hands-on art experience at the McConnell Arts Center on Saturday, May 10th, from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM! Spread across four rooms, this event invites you to explore the world of collage through four unique themes, each room featuring creative prompts and challenges designed to spark inspiration and experimentation!
This is a pay-what-you-can event, and all donations will go directly to the Columbus Collage Collective to support future community art programming. This event also takes place during Decomposition: Dusk Effect featuring the collage art of Emily Morgan (aka Lovely But Dead). RSVPs are recommended, but walk-ins are also welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned collage artist or brand new to the medium, join us for an afternoon of cutting, pasting, and creative discovery!
