Applications are now available for the 2024 Worthington Creative Community grant. This program is funded through an allocation from the City of Worthington and distributed by a community volunteer funding panel. The purpose of the program is to assist nonprofit organizations in the accomplishment of artistic projects or programs in Worthington that provide a larger community benefit.
You may download, save, and work on the application form using your computer. Final applications must be submitted via email to kkummer@mcconnellarts.org no later than 11:59 pm on January 31, 2024 in order to be considered for funding. Late applications will not be considered. Please review the Guidelines at the link above for more information.
Important Dates:
- January 31, 2024: Applications are due by 11:59 pm
- February 29, 2024: Organizations will be notified. Funding is distributed by the City of Worthington upon notification.
- Final reports are due for the grant period 30 days after funding is used or by December 31, 2024, whichever comes first.

- Budget Worksheet – available at the link above
- IRS letter indicating tax exemption or your most recent 990 filing
- Letter of Intent
- Key details of your organization’s mission and the primary outcomes you plan to achieve
- A description of your project and details essential to its value to your ongoing work
- The lasting impact you believe your organization and/or project will have on the community
- Amount of request ($)
- How expenditures will be used
