Tuition: $180 For All 8 Classes
Multiple Class Discount: 5% discount if you take both the 7pm and 8pm class
Castanets Will Be Provided and Inexpensive Ones Will Be For Purchase
Ages 10-adult are welcome to these classes. In Spain it is traditional for adults and youth to take classes together.
This will be a beginning class to introduce both men and women to the elements of Flamenco dance and castanets. You will learn the technique elements for the arms, feet and the rhythms of Spain. This will be a fun and interactive class that is full of beautiful rhythms and movement.
This class is great for those who have never played an instrument, never thought that they could play an instrument but always wanted to try. You will fall in love with the rhythms of Flamenco and find inspiration to play this beautiful hand instrument.
What to Wear to Class
Please wear comfortable workout gear, skirt if desired for women. You may wear workout shoes, soft leather shoes, character or Flamenco shoes. The teacher can guild you on the first day of class about the best shoes to wear. Here are some shoe options.
