McConnell Arts Center – Support Opportunities
VOLUNTEER…at the MAC
“The world is hugged by the faithful arms of volunteers.” —Everett Mámor
Volunteers play a critical role in the vibrancy of a cultural community. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) of the U.S. Department of Labor’s “Volunteering in the United States, 2008″ report reveals that approximately 61.8 million people (or 26.4% of the population) volunteered at least once between September 2007 and September 2008. The MAC hopes you will take part and volunteer your time to bring art into your everyday life! We are always looking for creative spirits to help with day-to-day operations, special events and inspire the energy of the MAC. Based on Ohio law, all volunteers must successfully pass a criminal background check.
For volunteer opportunities, more information or questions, please contact us at: arts@mcconnellarts.org or by calling 614-431-0329.
