Music Type: Woodwind Quintet
The woodwind quintet The Apollo Winds is comprised of musicians who teach and perform in the Central Ohio area. They are also graduates of top music schools and conservatories in the United States, which include The Ohio State University, The Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, The Cleveland Institute of Music, and The New England Conservatory. The ensemble will perform exciting and much loved staples from the woodwind quintet repertoire, which include works by Paul Taffanel, Farkas Ferenc, Jacques Ibert, Paquito D’Rivera, and Carl Nielsen.
