Danae Sperk
January 1, 2009I begin each artistic project with a blank canvas, stay open-minded, and see where each piece leads me. I love being able to express my feelings and emotions as I create. With my approach, creating art is stress free for me.
I enjoy incorporating new art concepts, and exploring new mediums, as well as patterns, textures and colors. With my need to build with my hands, I grew fond of ceramics and glass; these mediums let my imagination go.
I believe my work reflects my positive outlook on life, and with each piece, I grow as an artist. I appreciate the opportunities I have been given and enjoysharing my art.
Danae is an OSU graduate with a MFA in Art Education.
