Winning Artists Lecture at the MAC
February 13, 2010Award winning artists from the current exhibition, New Building, New Work: Worthington Area Art League gave a free lecture and talk Thursday, February 11, 7:00 pm at the Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center of Worthington (MAC).
Best of show winner, S. Betz Gallagher, 1st Place winner Jules Knowlton and 3rd Place Carol Granger gave those attending a sneak preak at their process, insights and inspirations found in their award winning pieces.
New Building, New Work: Worthington Area Art League has been extended through Sunday, February 28, 2010. The exhibition was judged and curated by Jon Cook, Executive Director of the MAC.
The Worthington Area Art League is a group of dedicated artists with varied backgrounds from throughout central Ohio. Since the 1960’s, members of this volunteer-based organization have shared their passion for all forms of art.
